Educational Use Only

Global Decryptor — APK Hex Certificate Extractor ("the Tool") is provided solely for educational purposes and legitimate file recovery. It must not be used to breach, bypass, or otherwise compromise security controls, nor to access data that you do not own or have explicit permission to process.

Acceptable Use

• Use the Tool to analyze APKs you own or are authorized to inspect.
• Do not use the Tool for illegal activities, unauthorized access, or exploitation.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third‑party terms.

Privacy & Data Handling

• Uploaded files are processed transiently to extract certificate metadata and hex previews. We do not intentionally store APK files or extracted data server‑side.
• You are responsible for ensuring no confidential or regulated data is uploaded.

No Warranty

The Tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner(s) of the Tool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Tool. Your use is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

You must not infringe the intellectual property rights of any party when using the Tool. Analyze only APKs you are legally entitled to inspect.

Compliance & Reporting

If you discover misuse or vulnerability, refrain from exploitation and report responsibly. We may restrict access to the Tool if misuse is detected.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use indicates acceptance of the latest Terms.
